A Polaskia chichipe in my collection

Found in the Mexican states of Puebla and Oaxaca, Polaskia is a genus of just two species of tree like columnars, Polaskia chende and Polaskia chichipe. The genus is named for cacti collector Charles Polaski. The plants reach 15 to 20 feet in height branching profusely from the sides of the stems. Flowers are white to reddish white and are followed by edible fruit known as "Chichituna".
