My Lepismium cruciforme

Lepismium is a genus of ephiphytic cacti from tropical South America. It contains about a dozen species. They are closely related to Rhipsalis and characterized by the similar long thin stems and ephiphytic nature. The segmented stems are sometimes flattened and sometimes having 3, 4 or even 6 sides. Flower color varies by species and sometimes variety.
Being jungle cacti, Lepismium prefer a humus rich well draining mix. They should be watered plentifully and kept constantly moist but not soggy. Let the mix dry out a little between waterings. They are easily grown from cuttings or sed.

I have one Lepismium in my collection.
